Weekday Breakfast Round up

As I went through my week this week I realized how different my breakfast’s can be week to week, totally based off of how organized I am and what I’m in the mood for. Howdy my friends! So today I’ve got a super simple, heavy on the veggie, one pan meal to share with you. It can be made vegetarian or with meat AND for everyone with food allergies- it is gluten free and could be vegan if you either made or bought a pesto with no parmesan cheese. My favorite part?
