Peach Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

butter
room temperature

granulated sugar

Eggs

tsp
vanilla

tsp
baking powder

tsp
salt

all purpose flour

cup
milk
2
cup
fresh fruit of your choice
cup of blackberries and cup of fresh peach slices
1/2
lemon juiced
cinnamon
Topping

tbsp
granulated sugar
1/4
tsp
nutmeg or cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Grease 12 regular size muffin cups or 6 large muffin cups
Mix butter until creamy and add in sugar and beat until fluffy and pale.
Add two eggs one at a time and beat after each addition.
Beat in vanilla, baking powder salt and cinnamon. Add juice of 1/2 of a lemon.
Fold in half of flour, then half of milk into batter. Then repeat once combined.
Fold in blueberries or fruits of your choice.
Spoon batter into muffin cups and sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon and sugar onto each muffin.
Bake 20-30 minutes until golden brown and springy.
