Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Grease 12 regular size muffin cups or 6 large muffin cups
  3. Mix butter until creamy and add in sugar and beat until fluffy and pale.
  4. Add two eggs one at a time and beat after each addition.
  5. Beat in vanilla, baking powder salt and cinnamon. Add juice of 1/2 of a lemon.
  6. Fold in half of flour, then half of milk into batter. Then repeat once combined.
  7. Fold in blueberries or fruits of your choice.
  8. Spoon batter into muffin cups and sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon and sugar onto each muffin.
  9. Bake 20-30 minutes until golden brown and springy.
